Senior Technical Recruiter (Remote – LATAM)


US & Canada Tech Hiring | Microsoft Stack

We are a specialized IT recruiting company working with clients in the United States and Canada, focused on senior technical roles within the Microsoft ecosystem (C#, .NET, SQL Server, Angular).


We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who can take ownership, communicate confidently in excellent English, and actively drive recruiting forward.


What you’ll do

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles
  • Actively source candidates (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, X-Ray)
  • Conduct screening interviews in English, including technical qualification
  • Ask and understand technical questions around C#, .NET, SQL Server, Angular
  • Work independently and proactively with internal stakeholders


What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of experience as an IT / Technical Recruiter
  • Strong active sourcing background
  • Very strong English (spoken & written)
  • Solid understanding of software development concepts
  • High level of ownership, responsibility, and professionalism
  • Friendly, respectful, and clear communication style


What this role is not

  • ❌ Not an HR generalist role
  • ❌ Not a coordination-only role

This role is for someone who thinks, acts, and takes responsibility.
