Senior Technical Recruiter (Remote – LATAM)
US & Canada Tech Hiring | Microsoft Stack
We are a specialized IT recruiting company working with clients in the United States and Canada, focused on senior technical roles within the Microsoft ecosystem (C#, .NET, SQL Server, Angular).
We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who can take ownership, communicate confidently in excellent English, and actively drive recruiting forward.
What you’ll do
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles
- Actively source candidates (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, X-Ray)
- Conduct screening interviews in English, including technical qualification
- Ask and understand technical questions around C#, .NET, SQL Server, Angular
- Work independently and proactively with internal stakeholders
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience as an IT / Technical Recruiter
- Strong active sourcing background
- Very strong English (spoken & written)
- Solid understanding of software development concepts
- High level of ownership, responsibility, and professionalism
- Friendly, respectful, and clear communication style
What this role is not
- ❌ Not an HR generalist role
- ❌ Not a coordination-only role
