Job Description


Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Product Marketing to define product strategy and drive growth in the memory technology space. This role focuses on market modeling, product positioning, and go-to-market execution for next-generation products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop TAM/SAM/SOM models to guide product planning
  • Create market requirement documents and product roadmaps
  • Define pricing and go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and partners
  • Build compelling product positioning and messaging

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years in product marketing within memory or semiconductor markets
  • Expertise in memory protocols (Serial, Parallel, DDRx) and markets (NOR, NAND, DRAM)
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
  • Experience with JEDEC standards and memory systems
  • Proven ability to craft innovative marketing strategies

  • Proven success in launching and promoting complex technologies


This is a full time, direct hire, on site position located in Chandler, Arizona or Austin, Texas. The client will consider out of state remote for the right candidate.
