Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to join our team working on retail solutions. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong technical understanding, background in product management and experience in implementing web applications. We look for a dedicated Product Owner who has been in this role for at least 3 years and has a proven track record of managing and delivering products.

Your tasks
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Owners, and Stakeholders to understand and align with the business needs
- Lead discussions on priorities, expectations, and requirements within the Scrum/SAFe framework
- Ensure your teams are delivering the right features at the right time
- Understand your domain and scope, and provide clear, actionable requirements to the development team
- Gather and document requirements, develop models, and create specifications necessary for product delivery
- Proactively manage your team's backlog, focusing on both priority and scope
- Foster collaboration and coordination with other development teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery
- At least 5 years of experience in business, product, and management roles
- Strong understanding of technical aspects of SDLC
- Proven experience leading highly complex international digitalization projects with top management visibility
- Strong business acumen, an analytical mindset, and a deep interest in technology with hands-on product management experience
- Customer-focused with a keen ability to prioritize and meet customer needs
- Experience in agile projects that have dependencies on legacy systems
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and the Software Development Life Cycle
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and planning skills, with critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Fluent English and Polish proficiency (C1 level or higher)
- Residing in Poland required
- Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- Previous experience in Loyalty Platforms
