Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
  • Revit
  • Hospitality, commercial, education, and civic project experience is a plus
  • Understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop design concepts and detailed drawings for architectural projects.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure design intent is met.
  • Prepare and modify architectural plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models.
  • Conduct site analysis and research to inform design decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and documentation for client meetings.
  • Coordinate with contractors and consultants during project development.
  • Review and incorporate feedback from clients and project teams.
  • Stay current with design trends, materials, and sustainable practices.
  • Support the development of construction documents and specifications.
