The role: We are looking for Technical recruiter to continue growing and managing our team. OneSeven is an international company with team members across the US, Central America, with a few in Europe and Asia.

We are a competitive agency that is looking for great talent to build even better products for our clients.

Your primary focus will be establishing relationships in Argentina/US to find talent for our development team as well as research the best areas to expand our UX/UI, QA and Marketing teams.

Core Recruiting Skills

  • 5+ years talent acquisition experience, with 3+ years focused on technical and design recruiting
  • Fluent English and Spanish required, Portuguese strongly preferred
  • 9am-5pm EST availability with reliable workspace/internet
  • Experience recruiting for digital agencies, consultancies, or product studios (REQUIRED)
  • Previous recruiting experience at technology consulting firms, staff augmentation companies, or similar agencies (REQUIRED)
  • Proven track record recruiting AND vetting across multiple technology stacks and design disciplines
  • Deep understanding of technical roles AND design roles: Full-Stack, Frontend, Backend, Mobile, AI/ML, DevOps, UX/UI, Product Design
  • Understanding the difference between programming languages like: JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, C#, C++, Go, PHP, Ruby
  • Understanding the difference between frameworks like: React, Vue, Angular, Node.js, Django, Flask, Spring, .NET, Laravel
  • Experience with proactive sourcing, headhunting, and competitive talent acquisition
  • Strong technical vetting capabilities - ability to conduct initial technical screenings and assess coding competency
  • Familiarity with modern development tools, cloud platforms, and design software

Specialized Technical & Design Recruiting

  • Experience recruiting for project-based consulting engagements (3-12 month contracts)
  • Advanced technical vetting skills - ability to assess coding ability, system design thinking, and technical problem-solving
  • Experience conducting technical phone screens and evaluating coding samples before formal technical interviews
  • Understanding of design principles and ability to evaluate UX/UI portfolios
  • Experience with "always-on" recruiting - continuously building talent pipelines
  • Ability to evaluate technical portfolios, GitHub repositories, Dribble/Behance profiles
  • Understanding of consulting dynamics and project-based team assembly
  • Experience with rapid team deployment (assembling teams within 1-2 weeks)
  • Familiarity with coding assessment platforms and technical evaluation methodologies

Market & Cultural Expertise

  • Deep knowledge of Argentina and Chile talent markets (PRIMARY FOCUS)
  • Secondary knowledge of broader LATAM markets (Mexico, Colombia, Uruguay, Brazil)
  • Understanding of remote work regulations and contractor requirements across LATAM
  • Experience building diverse technical teams in consulting/agency environments
  • Cultural competency for working with international remote teams across Spanish and Portuguese-speaking markets
  • Strong networks within technical and design communities in Argentina and Chile
  • Ability to conduct technical interviews and assessments in both English and Spanish

Service-Specific Recruiting Experience

  • Experience recruiting for staff augmentation models - individual contractors integrated into client teams
  • Proven track record assembling project-based product teams for 3, 6, and 12-month consulting engagements
  • Understanding of consultancy dynamics - selecting optimal talent based on business use cases rather than predefined tech stacks
  • Experience with "talent pipeline management" - keeping warm relationships with candidates across all specialties
  • Knowledge of rapid team assembly and deployment for diverse project requirements
  • Experience recruiting both technical talent (developers, engineers) AND design talent (UX/UI, product designers)

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for digital agencies, consultancies, or product studios
  • Previous recruiting experience at technology consulting firms
  • Technical or design background enabling deeper candidate assessment and vetting
  • Experience with employer branding and talent community building
  • Strong personal networks within LATAM tech/design communities

  • Track record of successful proactive recruiting and competitive candidate sourcing
