NOC Engineer | Remote | Weekend Shift, 7pm-7.30 am Friday to Sunday | 95-110k

- 7am – 3.30 Mon-Fri
- 7pm - 7.30am Mon-Fri
- 7pm – 7.30am Fri-Sun
Responsibilities
- Remotely monitor network connectivity and speed
- Go on-site if there is a critical situation
- Remote troubleshooting of network and systems issues
- Lead and partake in incident response
- Perform a root cause analysis, and escalate to the engineering team when needed
- Report to the Network Operations Senior Manager
Must-Haves
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT Support role
Experience troubleshooting the following technologies:
- Cisco IOS
- Cisco routing and switching
- Windows, Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange
- VMware
Good-to-haves
- Familiarity of HA concepts and technology
