Job Title: Director, Engineering (Platform, SecOps, Data Science/AI)

What You Bring
● 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in platform, infrastructure, security, or data
● 5+ years of leadership experience managing multiple teams or engineering managers.
● Deep expertise in data systems, distributed architecture, and AI/ML infrastructure.
● Strong experience with cloud-native platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern frameworks (e.g., Python, React, TypeScript, or similar), distributed systems, and DevOps practices
● Proven track record leading complex technical initiatives in a SaaS, cloud-native, or high-growth environment.
● Experience partnering with or leading SecOps and/or Data Science teams.
● Demonstrated ability to define strategy, build teams, and drive measurable outcomes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across teams and levels.
● Passionate about creating scalable, secure, and delightful developer and customer experiences.
