Senior Graphic Designer (Print and Digital Media)

GoStaffy is a fast-growing staffing agency that partners with marketing agencies in the United States to connect them with top-tier remote talent.

• This is a 100% remote position, open only to candidates based in Colombia, with a fluent English level of C1 or higher.

About the Role

• This role has a strong focus on print design, particularly magazine layout and production. The Graphic Designer will play a key role in executing visual concepts for recurring publications, advertising campaigns, and marketing materials, while meeting strict production schedules and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Print and Magazine Design

• Lead layout design for recurring print publications, including editorial spreads, advertisements, and directory sections
• Prepare files for print production, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with print specifications and deadlines

Graphic Design and Layout

• Design print and digital advertisements, marketing materials, and branded assets aligned with brand guidelines and client goals
• Maintain strong visual consistency across all deliverables

Creative Development

• Develop clear and strategic visual concepts to support campaigns, magazine themes, and client initiatives.
• Translate creative direction into effective visual executions

Production and File Preparation

• Deliver print-ready files and digitally optimized assets.
• Maintain organized file systems and manage production workflows efficiently

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with editors, creative team members, sales teams, and operations.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently throughout review and approval cycles

Time Management and Quality Control

• Track time spent on projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Maintain high standards in typography, layout, and overall design quality

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Solid experience with long-form layout design and print production
• Deep understanding of typography, layout principles, and brand consistency
• Experience designing for both print and digital media
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Fluent English level C1 or higher, both written and spoken.
• Must be based in Colombia

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of animation or video editing tools, such as Premiere Pro or After Effects
