Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) | Remote, US | $140,000 - $170,000
We're working with Leo Technologies on this exciting opportunity.
Leo Technologies is seeking a seasoned Site Reliability Engineer to join their distributed team. This fully remote position offers the chance to work on mission-critical systems, ensuring the high availability and performance of scalable services in a production environment, while collaborating closely with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain mission-critical monitoring systems
• Design, implement, and maintain alerting systems
• Design, implement, and maintain incident response systems
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of infrastructure
• Partner closely with engineering teams throughout the full development lifecycle
• Contribute to planning, design, deployment, and reliability goals
What You'll Need:
• Strong engineering background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Mathematics
• At least 6+ years of DevOps or Site Reliability experience
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and modern infrastructure design patterns
• Adept experience authoring infrastructure as code using Terraform and/or Ansible
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK stack
• Proficiency with programming languages such as Python, Go, or similar languages
