Job Description


We are searching for Senior Rust specialists to join one of our well established and highly regarded Digital Assets focused trading firms, either in London or for relocation to Hong Kong with a comprehensive package.


You'll be working on their peripheral applications, building improvements and features for their 24/7 trading systems with Rust and .Net / C#.


Responsibilities

  • Build, improve and maintain peripheral applications and user interfaces with the latest iterations of Rust and .Net.
  • Work in a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
  • Provide production support.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers.


Requirements

  • 6-8 years of related experience, familiar in Linux environment;
  • University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines
  • You write clean and efficient code in Rust
  • You demonstrate strong interest in financial markets and blockchain technologies
  • You own your deliverables, reliability, scalability, and maintainability
  • You love to analyse and tackle complex problems with elegant solutions
  • You have exposure in multithreading, web protocol (e.g. websocket, RESTful), or high throughput/low latency design is a plus
  • You have experience in mentoring and guiding team members
