About The Role
You will be successful in this role if you can support our clients with creative, organized, and high-quality marketing and social media strategies and optimization. This is a 100 % remote, full-time position (Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective Digital Marketing or Social Media strategies
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms
- Manage daily social media activities and campaigns
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent branding
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms
- Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish
- 1 - 3 years of marketing support or social media experience
- Familiar with Canva, Mailchimp, and analytics tools
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
