- Assist in the design and operation of hybrid cloud integrations between on-premises and Azure environments.
- Support cost optimization, tagging standards, and resource lifecycle management.
- Automation & Infrastructure as Code
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and modules for provisioning, configuration, and compliance enforcement.
- Contribute to standardizing IaC templates and automation workflows for consistent environment deployment.
- Maintain version-controlled scripts and automation assets (e.g., GitHub, DevOps Repos).
- Monitoring & Security
- Support implementation of Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Defender for Cloud across infrastructure workloads.
- Ensure operational compliance with internal security baselines and data protection standards.
- Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with the Infrastructure Architect to translate architectural designs into operational deployments.
- Provide Tier 3 escalation support for Microsoft 365 and Azure-related incidents.
- Document configurations, automation processes, and operational runbooks.
Required
- 3–5 years of experience managing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments in enterprise settings.
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Experience with Intune, SharePoint Online, and Purview (Information Protection, DLP, Compliance).
- Working knowledge of Azure networking, RBAC, ARM/Bicep, and resource management.
- Solid understanding of identity and access management principles in Entra ID.
- Familiarity with security compliance frameworks and Microsoft best practices.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform).
- Exposure to DevOps pipelines and version control systems.
