  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Webflow CMS, and GSAP
  • Expert-level experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+) and jQuery
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience working with Figma
  • Experience with Webflow CMS mapping, interactions, and custom code embedding
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams
  • Technical SEO knowledge
  • Exceptional attention to detail

Bonus Skills

  • Experience integrating Webflow sites with external APIs
  • Familiarity with Asana, Zapier, Slack, and other productivity tools
  • Experience with GA4, GTM, and pixel tracking

What We Offer

  • A collaborative, inclusive culture that values innovation and experimentation
  • Opportunity to work alongside a smart, engaged team eager to learn from your expertise
  • Flexible compensation structure (individual contractors only; no agencies)
  • 1-year engagement, 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling
