About The Role

We’re looking for an Automation Engineer to help streamline workflows across Sales, Marketing, HR/Recruiting, and Operations. If you’re passionate about automating processes, reducing manual work, and building scalable solutions, this is the role for you. You’ll work with Python, JavaScript (Node.js), and RPA/automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make to make a tangible impact on key business functions.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks.
• Build and maintain automation pipelines using Python, JavaScript (Node.js), and RPA/automation tools.
• Automate processes across Sales, Recruiting/HR, and Operations.
• Create simple Node.js webhooks to enhance integrations where needed.
• Collaborate with teams to implement scalable and reliable automation solutions.
  
  

What You Bring

• Strong skills in Python or JavaScript (Node.js) scripting.
• Experience with RPA or automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar).
• Proven experience automating workflows in Sales, HR/Recruiting, or Operations.
• Ability to write simple Node.js webhooks (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

• Experience with APIs (REST/GraphQL) and error handling.
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration and data best practices.
• Knowledge of other automation platforms or scripting tools.
