Job Description


  • Position: Director - Enterprise Strategic ERP Leader
  • Joining a highly regarded Clincial Research Organization
  • Location: 100% remote (United States East Coast hours schedule)
  • Compensation: target $150/hour W2 / $250,000 base salary + bonus + benefits
  • Interviewing in January 2026

Summary:

  • We are looking for an IT leader experienced with ERP implementation - specifically Oracle NetSuite, Deltek Costpoint, and government contracting in general (including cost plus fixed fee contracts).
  • It's a plus if they have worked with either CROs, technology companies, or both.
  • This person would initially play an advisor and project manager role, with potential to convert into a full time employee if there is mutual interest.
  • This is a Senior Director / Director level position - daily interaction with C-Suite.
  • Strategic iniative with high visibility up to Board


Description:

Title: Senior IT Leader – ERP Implementation (Oracle NetSuite & Deltek Costpoint)

Location: Remote (U.S. Eastern hours)


About the Role:

We are is seeking a highly experienced IT leader to drive a major ERP transformation initiative. This individual will play a critical role in consolidating three global commercial business systems into Oracle NetSuite, while ensuring seamless integration with existing Deltek Costpoint systems for federal operations. Initially, this position will serve as an advisor and project manager, with the potential to transition into a permanent leadership role overseeing enterprise IT applications.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full implementation and rollout of Oracle NetSuite across three global commercial lines of business.
  • Oversee migration from multiple legacy systems to a unified NetSuite platform, ensuring global scalability.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver ERP solutions on time and within scope.
  • Ensure compliance with government contracting requirements, including cost-plus fixed fee structures and DCAA/FAR regulations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the acting Head of IT/CISO, providing strategic input and execution support.
  • Manage project governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication throughout the ERP lifecycle.


Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of IT leadership experience, ideally one level below CIO.
  • Proven track record of ERP implementation, specifically Oracle NetSuite (end-to-end, global migrations).
  • Strong understanding of Deltek Costpoint and federal contracting environments.
  • Experience with government contracting compliance (cost-plus fixed fee, DCAA/FAR).
  • Ability to work collaboratively and execute under direction in a high-visibility environment.
  • Excellent vendor management and project leadership skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Contract Research Organizations (CROs) or technology companies.
  • Background in managing complex IT transformations in regulated industries.
