Your mission: Drive change 🎯

Hi! I’m Veniamin — Design System Lead at Dragon.

We’re building the TradingView Design System — the foundation of the entire UI: components, guidelines, shared principles, and the common interface language used across all product teams.

We’re looking for a designer who enjoys building and improving components, organizing complex interfaces, shaping rules and turning them into clear guidelines.

You’ll be responsible for analyzing different solutions across the product, identifying repeating patterns, unifying them, and turning them into well-designed components.

You’ll collaborate closely with product designers to understand real needs, discuss design decisions, argue, compromise, and find the best solutions. You’ll also work side-by-side with engineers to ensure every component is not only well-designed, but also technically solid, scalable and easy to use.

How You’ll Shape Success 🏆

• Work with product designers to identify needs for reusable components
• Find repeating interface patterns and unify them
• Collect requirements for new components and improvements
• Design and update components in the library
• Create component documentation: states, variations, usage rules, corner cases
• Participate in discussions around guidelines and Design System methodology
  
  

What Makes You The Perfect Fit 🤝

• 2–3+ years of product UI/UX design experience
• Strong Figma skills (components, variants, auto-layout, tokens)
• Understanding of Design Systems and component-based design (tokens, components, patterns, typography, layout)
• Ability to clearly define requirements and provide constructive feedback
• English skills sufficient for writing documentation (component descriptions, guidelines)
  
  

Nice to have:

• Accessibility knowledge (a11y) and how to apply it in component design
• Experience working with a Design System in a product company
• Experience collaborating with frontend engineers: platform constraints, responsive design, web specifics, understanding HTML+CSS basics
• Knowing how to balance between “ideal” and “shippable”
  
  

It’ll also be an advantage if:

• You have experience with finance and trading, or knowledge of the industry.
