  • Security Excellence: Support and implement Cisco Security technologies (ASA, FTD, FMC, ISE, Umbrella, and Secure Endpoint) alongside strong Catalyst/Nexus switching.
  • Handle Inbound Tickets: Manage day-to-day tickets, prioritising P1/P2 Incidents
  • Project Delivery: Provide technical support for small projects and collaborate with the project team to deliver robust Cisco solutions.
