About The Role

As a Front-End Engineer at Nebo, you will play a vital role in transforming well-designed concepts into engaging, functional websites and interfaces. Your expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be essential in bringing visual designs to life while ensuring optimal performance, accessibility, and user experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including back-end developers, designers, content creators, and UX specialists to develop and maintain web applications and websites. Your responsibilities will range from enhancing existing features to building complex user interactions from scratch or within established frameworks. We seek candidates with 2-5 years of professional coding experience who can demonstrate a strong portfolio of previous work, showcasing their ability to produce clean, scalable, and standards-compliant code.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional front-end development experience
• Proven portfolio of designed and coded websites or applications
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with CSS preprocessors such as Sass
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git and GitLab
• Experience working with content management systems, preferably Nebo CMS or similar platforms
• Ability to translate user experience and design into clean, modular, and scalable code
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite tools
• Strong understanding of web standards, accessibility, and responsive design principles

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement visually appealing, user-friendly websites and interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Collaborate with design, content, and UX teams to ensure seamless integration of visual and functional elements
• Maintain and enhance existing web applications and websites by adding new features and optimizing performance
• Build complex user interactions and dynamic features either from scratch or within existing frameworks
• Ensure all code adheres to web standards, best practices, and accessibility guidelines
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and project outcomes
