Senior DevSecOps Engineer - Relocation - On-Site in Abu Dhabi 🇦🇪
We are working with a Fintech in Abu Dhabi to hire an elite Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join their team! A great opportunity to join a dynamic Cyber Security team that are automating security processes for a company revolutionizing the Fintech industry.
What you'll work with:
Python, Bash, AWS, Docker, CPSM, Vulnerability Management, Access Control, CI/CD pipelines
Salary:
30k-35k dirhams per month (depending on experience) - TAX FREE
Responsibilities:
- Work with development, operations, and security teams to embed security in the software lifecycle
- Create and manage secure infrastructure and deployment pipelines
- Perform security assessments and vulnerability scans
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures
- Automate security processes and integrate testing tools in CI/CD
- Monitor and handle security incidents
- Stay informed about security threats and best practices
- Advise teams on secure coding and risk mitigation
Requirements:
- 6-7 years of experience across DevOps and Cyber Security
- Well-versed in security principles, secure coding, and vulnerabilities
- Deep understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies
- Proficient in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Experienced with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Strong knowledge in Docker and Kubernetes
- Understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and IDS/IPS
- Familiar with log management and SIEM systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for addressing security risks
- Cloud Certifications in AWS (Sysops Administrator, Solutions Architect)
- Security Certifications (Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), AWS Certified Security Specialist)
- Knowledge of secure software development tools
