- Design and develop software solutions that adhere to security protocols and financial regulations
- Enhance application performance to ensure scalability and optimize user experience
- Uphold high standards of quality through testing and comprehensive code reviews
- Tackle complex technical issues efficiently and effectively
- Contribute to strategic planning with technological insights and innovative ideas
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in software development
- Proficient in any of OOP languages, preferrably in Java, and experienced with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, DocumentDB)
- Skilled in developing sophisticated web APIs
- Knowledgeable about containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Experienced in coaching/mentoring juniors or peers
