Senior Golang Developer - Order Management System

We're looking for an experienced Senior Golang Developer to join a team building a brand-new Order Management System for the travel industry. This is a true greenfield project – no legacy code, no technical debt – giving you a chance to shape the architecture from the start and work with clean, modern tech.

🧠 What you’ll be working on:

• Designing and developing backend features in Golang (e.g. order creation, payment, cancellations)
• Creating and optimizing database structures and queries (PostgreSQL)
• Working in a product-focused Scrum team – direct influence on technical direction
• Ensuring system performance, reliability, and scalability
• Collaborating with DevOps on CI/CD, monitoring, and infrastructure

✅ We're looking for someone who:

• Has 5+ years of experience in backend development (at least 3+ years in Golang)
• Understands scalable system architecture and RESTful API design
• Has strong SQL and database optimization skills (PostgreSQL)
• Worked with Docker; Kubernetes is a plus
• Has experience with high-traffic systems and production-grade environments
• Cares about code quality, performance, and collaborative team culture

🎯 Bonus points for:

• Knowledge of Java or Python
• Experience with Kafka, Pub/Sub, or other message brokers
• Familiarity with GCP, AWS, or Terraform
• Exposure to monitoring tools like NewRelic, DataDog
