Data Automation Manager - Fully Remote, US | $89,900 - $160,600


We're working with UnitedHealth Group on this exciting opportunity.


This mission-critical role focuses on building and maintaining the data infrastructure for scalable, compliant, and data-driven care in Colorado. You will lead projects, automate reporting pipelines, and ensure data integrity within high-volume clinical datasets. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S.


Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and code automated analytics and clinical workflows tailored to Colorado Medicaid requirements.

• Build and maintain SQL and Snowflake-based infrastructure supporting care coordination and outreach.

• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, SSRS, and other BI tools.

• Design and maintain dimensional data models and data dictionaries.

• Lead end-to-end data automation projects aligned with RMHP’s care coordination strategy.

• Document technical specifications, workflows, and system interfaces to support long-term sustainability.


What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, automation, or business intelligence roles.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience in Tableau, Snowflake, and SSIS/SSRS.

• Proven ability to design and implement scalable data solutions in healthcare environments.

• Solid understanding of ETL processes and data pipeline architecture.

• Demonstrated ability to approach problems from multiple angles-technical, operational, and strategic.

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
