About the role:
We’re looking for an AI Automation Specialist for our client to help architect and implement proprietary AI-powered solutions within the Claude API framework. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in AI/ML, automation, and custom API development who is excited to build practical, high-impact tools that transform how a law firm functions, from lead intake to trial preparation.
Experience working with a US-based Law Firm is a strong plus.
What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation across legal processes
- Build custom AI integrations using the Claude API for tasks like: Intake automation, Lead follow-ups, Medical chronology generation, Drafting demand letters, and Discovery support and trial preparation
- Work closely with legal teams to understand workflow pain points and translate them into AI solutions
- Develop and test automation pipelines to ensure reliability, scalability, and legal accuracy
- Continuously improve integrations based on user feedback and real-world performance
- Stay current with advancements in AI (especially Claude and similar LLMs) and suggest new applications for the firm
- 3+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or automation engineering
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and working with APIs like Claude, OpenAI, or similar
- Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or other relevant languages
- Experience with prompt engineering and model fine-tuning
- Familiarity with legal workflows is a strong plus
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently
- Ability to think creatively and build solutions from scratch with limited guidance

Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm EST
Holidays: US Federal Holidays
Salary: USD 1200 - USD 1600 per month
