We are looking for a Head of User Acquisition to join our fully remote, international team!

What you'll do:

In this role, you will take full ownership of our App’s global acquisition strategies for our portfolio of iOS and Android apps and games, driving ambitious growth targets. This is a crucial leadership position responsible for scaling our user base and achieving significant ROI.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own comprehensive global acquisition strategies for our portfolio of iOS and Android apps and games, aligning with ambitious growth targets.
  • Lead App Store Optimization efforts, including keyword research and store listing optimization, to improve visibility, conversion rates, and organic growth across all titles.
  • Oversee and scale paid acquisition campaigns across various channels, including social, influencer, direct ad networks, and other emerging channels.
  • Lead, mentor, and expand a team of acquisition specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Guiding the team, champion a rigorous A/B testing framework across all acquisition channels to drive performance and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Set and ensure tracking of key performance indicators, including CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and retention rates to guide strategic adjustments.
  • Manage and allocate the acquisition budget at a macro level, ensuring optimal resource distribution across titles, geos, and channels.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Monetization teams to align acquisition strategies with overall business objectives, product roadmaps, and cohesive user experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform changes, algorithmic updates, and competitor strategies to reach a competitive edge.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition, with a significant portion in a leadership or senior management role, preferably within the mobile app publishing industry.
  • Demonstrable track record of successfully scaling user bases and achieving significant ROI on acquisition spend.
  • Expertise in ASO tools and best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with various paid acquisition platforms (e.g., Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads) and ad networks.
  • Proficiency with mobile attribution and analytics platforms (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch).
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategies and experience managing influencer campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in building, leading, and mentoring a high-performing team.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


🌍 This is a fully remote role. For better time zone alignment, we have a preference for candidates based in Asia.
