Location: 100% remote

The largest regional hospital in Memphis, and one of Insight Global's clients is looking for remote Healthcare Information BI Developer/Report Writer. The ideal candidate will be able to independently provide solutions through exploratory data analysis of complex databases for the enterprise data architecture team. This individual will design, configure, develop, and evaluate models and algorithms to optimize data value extraction. They communicate information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Along with the designing, and developing this role will also have a functionality of maintaining reports, dashboards, and data extracts using Epic’s suite of analytics tools. Their work supports clinical, operational, and financial decision-making across healthcare systems. This role will be focused on the Revenue Cycle portion of the team. Data will be pulled from the Hospital Billing and Professional Billing teams.

This healthcare company uses Epic Caboodle: A data warehouse platform used for advanced analytics. Radar Dashboards & Reporting Workbench: For real-time and ad hoc reporting. The role of this resource will also be to develop custom code for Epic.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of proven experience as a BI Developer/Report Writer
• 5 years of Epic reporting experience
• Cogito certification
• Clarity Data Model certification
• Caboodle Data Model certification
• Strong SQL experience
• Bachelors degree
• Large Data Integration experience - importing data into Epic
• Revenue Cycle Focused experience: Professional Billing and Hospital Billing (Data)
