Job Title: Software Developer - Intermediate/Senior/Staff Levels
Location: Remote/WFH - Anywhere in Canada

About the Role
We are looking for an Software Developers to join a fast-growing technology team building scalable, high-impact solutions used by customers across North America. In this role, you will work across the full stack, contribute to architecture decisions, enhance product stability, and collaborate with a distributed engineering team.
What You’ll Do
- Architect & Develop Software: Build high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software across the stack.
- Improve Stability: Troubleshoot issues, resolve bugs, and address root causes to improve system performance and reliability. Participate in on-call rotations.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Review pull requests, contribute to technical discussions, and share knowledge with team members.
- Manage Technical Debt: Identify areas for improvement and work with the team to reduce tech debt in a structured manner.
- Learn & Evolve: Stay current with modern technologies, participate in learning sessions, and continuously enhance your technical skills.
Who You Are
- 3-15+ years of experience working with modern web frameworks (e.g., Ruby on Rails, Django, or similar).
- Experience with modern front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or TypeScript.
- Comfortable solving full-stack problems even if you lean more toward backend or frontend.
- Able to work effectively in a remote, geographically distributed, Agile team.
Nice to Have (Bonus Points)
- Experience with Ruby on Rails, React, or React Native.
- A degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience deploying infrastructure as code (AWS CDK, Terraform).
- Experience with Snowflake, Fivetran, dbt.
- Prior work with distributed teams.
- Startup experience, especially early-stage.
