Job Description
Step into a role where you’ll shape digital strategies for some of the most promising companies Europe. As a German-speaking Account Strategist, you’ll combine your marketing expertise and client management skills to design impactful Google Ads campaigns, strengthen customer relationships, and uncover new growth opportunities in a dynamic, tech-driven market.
What you’ll do:
- Onboard and manage a portfolio of Benelux clients, building strong relationships and driving product adoption.
- Develop strategic, results-driven PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and long-term performance.
- Upsell and optimize client campaigns, increasing spend and engagement.
- Analyze market trends, customer objectives, and competitor activity to adapt strategies.
- Handle outbound calls daily, identify client needs, and provide tailored marketing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR).
- German C2 + English B2 - C1
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in sales, marketing, or account management, ideally with client-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of the European market and cultural nuances.
- Skilled in CRM tools, data analysis, and digital marketing platforms (Google Ads experience preferred).
- Proactive, target-driven, and confident in delivering presentations and building relationships.
- Full-time hybrid role in Barcelona (39 hrs/week).
- Salary: €24,000 to €30,000 gross/year (depending on experience) + up to €3,408 gross/year bonus.
