Description :

The Group has deployed a new observability and alerting solution, but some entities lack the necessary skills to implement it. We are looking for an engineer to support these entities in integrating the solution or to strengthen the internal team to enable them to do so.

Responsibilities:

• Support entities in deploying and configuring the observability solution.
• Implement and finalize the alerting components (Grafana).
• Serve as a technical expert on observability.
• Participate in the operational activities (RUN) of the AI/Observability environment.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the internal team as needed.

Required Skills:

• Excellent command of Grafana (observability, dashboards, alerting).
• Knowledge of operational activities (RUN) and AI (Group technical environment).
• Ability to work independently and support non-technical teams.
• Experience in implementation and production deployment.
• On-call duty may be required.
