Full Stack Software Engineer – MarTech & SaaS

A leading MarTech & SaaS company is looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join their high-performing engineering team. You’ll work across modern technologies, contribute to AI-driven product innovation, and help shape the technical direction of a fast-scaling platform used by global brands.

Salary: $150,000-$165,000+Super

Location: Sydney - Hybrid (2-3 Days Work From Home)

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable systems across the full stack.
• Build high-performance UIs using React, TypeScript, and Redux.
• Architect and optimise backend services with PostgreSQL, GraphQL, and AWS.
• Lead feature development, code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve system performance and reliability.

What You Bring

• 5+ years’ experience in full-stack development with strong frontend capability.
• Proficiency in one or more backend languages (e.g. Node.js, Java, Go, Python, or Ruby)
• Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-based architectures.
• Strong communication skills, organisational ability, and an agile, problem-solving mindset.
• Curiosity and passion for innovation, particularly in AI-driven product development.
