What You Will Do

• Lead the Global IT OT Infrastructure Operations & Engineering team across multiple domains (Data Center, Server, Storage & Backup, Network, Cybersecurity).
• Set and execute the strategic agenda and roadmap for infrastructure modernization, security, and architecture.
• Oversee global operations to ensure stability, integrity, and business continuity.
• Ensure services meet agreed SLAs and align with business needs.
• Partner with IT leadership and stakeholders to shape global demand and align IT investments.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, automation, and innovation within infrastructure systems.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements across all infrastructure activities.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in senior IT infrastructure leadership roles within global organizations.
• Strong expertise in infrastructure domains: Data Center, Network, Server, Storage & Backup.
• Strategic mindset with ability to drive transformation and technical progression.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills in English and German.
• Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and modern technology practices.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
