Senior Test Engineer (QA) - Voice AI Conversational Systems

🚀 Senior Test Engineer (QA) – Remote (NL) meets every 8 weeks.

I’m hiring for a tech company that gives chatbots a voice.

They plug a voice/telephony layer on top of existing conversational AI so customers can call a chatbot, not just chat with it.

Real-time audio, AI, integrations… super interesting problems to test. They now need a Senior QA to take full ownership of quality as they scale.

What you’ll do

• Own the entire QA process (strategy → execution → improvement)
• Functional + automated testing (~50/50)
• Test voice flows, APIs & backend-driven features
• Build automation into CI/CD (tooling flexible)
• Work closely with Dev, Delivery & Support on smooth releases

You’ll be the QA, not a QA. Ownership. Impact.

What you need

• Senior QA experience
• strong automation skills (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium — all fine)
• API testing experience (Postman/Insomnia)
• Comfortable with CI/CD & Git
• Nice-to-have: performance testing (k6 / JMeter)
• Dutch-speaking preferred + able to travel to NL every 4–6 weeks
• You don’t need voice/telephony experience — they’ll teach that.
• Mindset > specific tools.
