Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester with Playwright

to join a newly created international hub supporting projects for a global client. In this role, you will work in a hybrid model (two days per week from the Warsaw office) and collaborate with squads across multiple countries. You will help enhance product quality by applying Agile and BDD testing practices, shaping acceptance criteria, and driving continuous improvement within the team.

Your tasks

  • Perform test analysis and contribute to overall test strategy creation
  • Design, automate, and maintain test cases and datasets aligned with requirements
  • Prepare test plans, campaigns, and execution conditions based on specifications
  • Oversee and execute tests, investigate anomalies, and provide test evidence
  • Support reporting, test phase closure, and knowledge sharing for future reuse

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in test automation
  • Ability to define precise acceptance criteria and conduct structured test analysis
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Gherkin, Xray, JIRA, Postman, GitLab, Jenkins
  • Understanding of continuous improvement principles and willingness to mentor peers
  • Strong communication skills in Polish and English
  • Readiness to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw (2-3 days per week in the office)
