About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team, supporting our mission to revolutionize insurance data platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely with a flexible schedule, with potential relocation support to Cyprus. As a UI/UX Designer at Ennabl, you will be instrumental in designing intuitive, scalable, and user-centered interfaces for our SaaS platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create compelling digital experiences that meet business objectives and user needs. Your expertise in traditional UI/UX principles combined with proficiency in AI-enhanced design workflows will enable you to rapidly prototype, iterate, and deliver high-quality designs. This position is ideal for a creative professional who is passionate about leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to streamline the design process and deliver impactful solutions in the insurtech space.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing for SaaS, B2B, fintech, insurance, or startup products.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, prototyping, and responsive design workflows.
• Strong traditional UI/UX foundations with experience integrating AI-enhanced design workflows.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate using AI-powered tools such as Lovable.dev, v0, and Cursor AI.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) and experience collaborating with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into user-friendly designs.
• Experience working within agile development cycles and participating in cross-functional teams.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Develop personas, user journeys, site maps, and wireframes based on data-driven insights.
• Create pixel-perfect, responsive UI designs and scalable design systems utilizing Figma.
• Ensure visual consistency, accessibility compliance (WCAG), and alignment with brand guidelines across all products.
• Leverage design tokens, components, and variants to support a modular UI architecture.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate ideation, layout exploration, and design iteration processes.
• Use platforms such as Lovable.dev, v0, and Cursor AI for rapid prototyping, real-time feedback, and lightweight editing.
• Support design-to-code workflows through AI-enhanced automation, facilitating faster implementation and testing.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure designs meet user needs and business goals.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation via Figma libraries and AI-supported workflows.
• Participate actively in agile cycles, contributing to discovery, development, and release stages with iterative design input.
