Job Description
LHH is recruiting for a full-time, Senior Product Manager for one of our long-standing clients in the manufacturing industry in the Greater Chicago area. Location: Greater Chicago Area - Hybrid – M-TH in office. Relocation is available. Travel 25-50% depending on product business needs.
Compensation: $120K-$175K (based on experience) + bonus opportunity + benefits

Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, or Engineering or similar. MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of product management experience required with a focus on commercial industries such as industrial manufacturing, water, filtration, water treatment, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, electronics, building construction, building materials, etc.
- Solid understanding of distribution of commercial products and working with distribution partners.
- Solid understanding of GTM strategy and experience working with third party representatives across the United States.
- Strong project management skills required.
- Ability to collaborate across all levels and functions within the organization a must
- Experience developing and presenting comprehensive business plans and proposals internally and to customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to confidently and persuasively present to senior leadership teams and senior level customers
- Experience analyzing data using spreadsheet applications and leveraging data to drive fact-based decision making and process improvement
