Job Description
We’re looking for a Offensive Security Engineer to join our Purple Team! In this role, you'll lead initiatives to evaluate and strengthen our cybersecurity posture. Working closely with Cybersecurity, IT, DevOps, and other departments, you'll simulate real-world threats and test the resilience of our systems and games—then provide actionable insights on how to make them stronger. Responsibilities
- Perform infrastructure penetration testing across internal systems.
- Document findings in clear, actionable reports and present them to key stakeholders.
- Assess the security of implemented and proposed IT solutions.
- Improve cybersecurity processes tailored to game development workflows.
- Analyze and respond to information security incidents.
- Evaluate security software solutions and tools.
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure roles.
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of web penetration testing.
- Ability to read and work with multiple programming languages.
- Solid planning and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in English for both written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with OS-level security testing and reverse engineering is a plus.
- Experience with game development tools is an asset.
(These are not required but would be beneficial for the role)
- Experience with anti-cheat systems or game cheat development.
- Background in cloud infrastructure security testing.
- Documented bug bounty work or CVEs credited to your name.
- Familiarity with Agile work environments.
Working mode
In-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity in Warsaw, Poland. Relocation is required.
