Job Description


Experis is seeking a highly experienced Test Director to own the testing strategy across multiple titles for our partner that is a leader in AAA game and devise development. This role will be critical to driving relationships with our partner as well as being an advocate for and a model of an inclusive, positive, and collaborative team culture.

Job Title: Video Game Test Director

Location: Tempe, AZ

Pay Range: $160,000 - $175,000 (depending on experience)

What's the Job?

  • Own the testing strategy across multiple titles, ensuring quality delivery of all in-flight projects.
  • Manage and support both remote and onsite teams, driving performance management and mentoring of Test Managers and Test Leads.
  • Continually improve project teams reporting and drive cross-team strategic initiatives.
  • Positively manage client relations while proactively identifying problem areas and presenting solutions.
  • Conduct regular project review meetings with customer leadership to ensure alignment and satisfaction.


What's Needed?

  • 10+ years in Quality Assurance progressive roles, with strong Video Games industry experience.
  • 3+ years minimum experience in a Gaming QA Manager or equivalent position.
  • Demonstrated experience managing managers and developing talent.
  • Solid understanding of utilizing data analytics to lead data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, preferably with experience in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
