Job Description

Location: Halifax, Nova Scotia (Relocation Support Available)

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 + Excellent Benefits

About The Opportunity

We’re working with a privately owned, growing dental lab in Nova Scotia that’s investing heavily in digital dentistry. This is a full-time, permanent role for an experienced Dental Laboratory Technician who thrives in a high-volume, production-focused environment and enjoys blending technical expertise with innovation.

If you’re currently working as a Dental Technician, CAD/CAM Designer, or Implant Specialist, this is a chance to take your skills to a lab that truly values craftsmanship, technology, and people.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and produce high-aesthetic, full-arch and implant restorations using 3Shape, DTX, and Blender platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the Production Supervisor to drive efficiency and workflow improvements.
  • Communicate directly with dentists and clients to troubleshoot, plan, and support complex cases.
  • Support a mostly digital workflow and champion the lab’s transition to full digital innovation.
  • Share knowledge and help elevate the skill level of your team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in full-arch and implant design within a dental lab.
  • Advanced CAD/CAM expertise – 3Shape experience preferred.
  • Strong technical understanding of fixed restorations, crowns, veneers, and implant workflows.
  • Proven ability to balance precision with production efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Why Join

  • Competitive salary of $80K–$90K plus excellent benefits.
  • Relocation assistance available for candidates moving from another province.
  • A lab that invests in its people, technology, and growth.
  • A family-owned environment that values teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.

If you’re ready to work with an organization that’s redefining digital dentistry and values both quality and innovation, we’d love to hear from you.
