We’re hitting enormous traction on our GTM and are expanding aggressively. Our product is loved by our customers and we’re now focused on 10x’ing our marketing to amplify our message and grow revenue at high speed. The Founding Product Marketing Manager sits at the heart of our marketing engine - defining strategy, positioning, marketing/GTM execution across all channels.

Founded in 2024, DualEntry is one of NYC’s fastest-growing AI startups, backed by top-tier VCs and 30+ unicorn founders.


Our team previously built a $100M ARR business from scratch, scaled it to 300+ people, and led a successful exit.


Now, we’re building a category-defining AI-native SaaS ERP product to automate and modernize enterprise accounting — one of the most painful and outdated products in finance still stuck in the 1990’s.

📍 Location: In-office at our New York City HQ: 7 World Trade Center, New York NY 10007


Where You’ll Create Impact
  • Own and adjust DualEntry’s messaging and competitive positioning to CFOs, Controllers and the rest of the Finance/Accounting team
  • Translate customer feedback and prospect conversations into GTM campaigns
  • Build content and collateral that empowers Sales across the full buyer journey (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, demos)
  • Drive new product launches end-to-end
  • Lead and manage the content and copy/design teams to create marketing assets (website, webinars, one-pagers, etc.) incl. creating marketing copy yourself hands-on
  • Build analytics and dashboards to identify what’s working
  • Drive GTM campaigns across multiple channels end-to-end (webinars, conferences, events, content, email, digital, etc.)


How You’ll Work

You’ll work directly with:

  • Founders - understand the vision and thoughts to date regarding positioning
  • Sales & GTM - enable the team to close more deals, increase awareness; lead and manage GTM sub-teams of 5-10 people yourself
  • Product & Engineering - deeply understand the product, 2-way feedback for product improvement and better marketing/sales messaging

You’ll operate with full ownership: test quickly and aggressively, measure impact, and scale what works.


What Sets You Up for Success
  • 4+ years in high-growth B2B SaaS marketing
  • Fintech / ERP / accounting product marketing experience preferred
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Experience running multi-channel campaigns (content, events, paid, community, thought leadership)
  • Analytical mindset incl. high proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Tableau, etc)
  • Entrepreneurial drive - we move fast and work hard; we work smart, hard and long
  • Drive to grow as a leader and manager (you’ll be managing from day 1)
