About The Role
We’re looking for a star talent to join us as a Senior Project Manager to strengthen our team!
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead critical, high-impact projects across multiple departments, driving the future of our organization. You’ll be at the forefront of strategy, working on complex and high-value initiatives while fostering internal efficiency and innovation.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Managing and overseeing the execution of Strategic Initiatives and other complex, high-value projects for the Group.
- Leading cross-functional teams to strategically plan, execute, and deliver impactful projects aligned with business objectives.
- Determining and documenting the project’s objectives, scope, deliverables, tasks, and deadlines.
- Developing comprehensive project plans, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborating with Product Delivery Managers to implement necessary compliance adjustments and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
- Auditing and driving internal efficiency projects, including compliance operations and automation initiatives.
- Facilitating collaboration among team members, resolving conflicts, and maintaining regular communication with stakeholders.
- Tracking project progress against milestones and preparing regular status reports for stakeholders, Steering Group members, and C-level executives.
- Coordinating with external partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Conducting project retrospectives, finalizing documentation, and ensuring all deliverables are completed as part of the project closure phase.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- A university degree and excellent project management skills with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, ideally in management consulting or a project management role within a digital B2C company.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience delivering strategic, high-value projects with complex interdependencies.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with highly regulated industries and compliance processes.
- Previous exposure to change management and efficiency projects.
- Understanding of AI and automation within a business context.
- A solid grasp of product management and basic technical knowledge.
