Job Description


We are looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst to join our dynamic, forward-thinking team as a digitalization expert. In this role, you will act as a key connector between business needs and technical delivery. You will collaborate closely with internal customers across the organization to transform their data landscape, streamline workflows, and unlock new levels of efficiency. As part of our agile, multinational team, you will help shape how our company leverages modern data platforms and automation to create real business impact.


Which challenges are expecting you:

  • Analyze and document customer business processes, identifying opportunities for digitalization and automation
  • Design end-to-end IT solutions that meet business requirements while ensuring technical feasibility, scalability, and seamless integration with existing systems
  • Drive the architecture and implementation of data integration solutions across multiple platforms and systems
  • Provide strategic consulting on process optimization, automation strategies, and data platform selection and integration
  • Coordinate and steer technical teams during solution development, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution
  • Facilitate requirements workshops with stakeholders and translate business needs into clear technical specifications
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal customers, guiding them through digital transformation initiatives


Your desired profile:

  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • 5+ years of professional experience in IT consulting, solution architecture, or process digitalization
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing IT solutions across multiple data platforms and systems
  • Strong understanding of modern data architectures, integration patterns, and automation technologies
  • Experience leading or coordinating technical teams in agile project environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Background in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics projects
