Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Lead to join a fast-growing digital team. This is a fully remote role, open to global candidates who can start as soon as possible (within 1–2 weeks).
Setup: Remote
Contract Duration: initial 6 months
What We’re Looking For
We want a strong UI/UX leader with:
- Solid experience owning and driving end-to-end design
- A high-quality portfolio with clear Figma case studies
- Background working in a product-based company (e-commerce experience is a plus but not required)
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
- Can start ASAP or 2 weeks notice
Responsibilities
- Lead UI/UX strategy and execution for web and/or mobile products
- Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and justify decisions with data and insights
- Mentor and guide designers in best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with leadership responsibilities
- Expert proficiency in Figma
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, visuals, and detailed case studies
- Experience in product-led environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
