Job Description
We are looking for an experienced UX Writer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Responsibilities:
- Write and edit UX copy in both Russian and English.
- Collaborate with product teams and designers to improve the user experience of the inDrive website and app.
- Maintain FAQ in English and Russian.
- Suggest and implement improvements to UX writing processes and tools.
- Work with UX researchers to validate hypotheses.
- Follow the company’s Tone of Voice (ToV) and editing policy.
- Maintain and update glossaries in both Russian and English.
- Deeply understand the product by studying and addressing user challenges.
- Requirements At least 2 years of experience as a UX writer.
- Practical knowledge of UX principles.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience working with Figma, Jira, Confluence.
- Experience with Crowdin or other CAT tools. (Preferred)
