Job Description
We are currently looking for two Automation Testers to join a long-term project for a leading insurance company. Please find the details below:
Position: Automation Tester
Seniority: Minimum 3 years of experience
Interview Process: One-stage interview only
Location: 100% remote (must be based in Italy)
Contract: 18 months
Open Roles: 2 positions
Start Date: ASAP
Language Requirements: Must speak Italian; English is nice to have, but appreciated
Role Description
We are seeking certified ISTQB and Scrum Automation Testers with at least 3 years of experience to support automated testing projects. The selected candidates will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts, ensuring compliance with quality standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts aligned with client requirements.
- Collaborate proactively with team members and manage assigned tasks independently.
- Ensure adherence to deadlines and established quality standards.
- Participate in requirements analysis and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience using Playwright and JMeter for test automation.
- Familiarity with test management tools such as Jira and Xray.
- Ability to understand and apply programming concepts for automated test development.
- Strong team player with proactive attitude and ability to work autonomously.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Postman, Bitbucket, Python, and Azure DevOps.
