The team develops advanced wireless communication technology — hardware, firmware and software that ends up in real 5G and satellite systems. They need someone who can bring structure, clarity and momentum to cross-functional engineering projects.

What you’ll be doing

• Turning technical requirements into clear project plans and deliverables
• Coordinating hardware, firmware and software teams through complex development cycles
• Tracking progress, managing risks and keeping projects moving
• Supporting customer interactions and internal stakeholders
• Improving project processes as the company scales
• Helping teams deliver high-quality engineering on time

Who this is for

Project Managers who have delivered technical engineering projects before — ideally in hardware, embedded software, firmware, semiconductor IP, or similar environments.

You don’t need to be an engineer, but you do need to be comfortable speaking with them and understanding how real engineering gets done.
