Nova is partnered with an AI-powered finance automation startup reinventing the B2B Accounts Receivable category. Backed by a16z with $15M+ raised, they’ve 10x’d ARR in the last 10 months and are now hiring a Product Designer (mid–senior) to help shape the next generation of AI-native finance workflows.
Key responsibilities:
- Design AI-native workflows across billing, invoicing, collections, and finance agents
- Partner with PMs, engineers, and founders from discovery to launch
- Define agent behaviour - automation, handoffs, and reasoning
- Move between big-picture concepts and detailed interaction design
- Prototype quickly and validate with users
- Help shape the design culture as an early designer
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer
- Strong background in B2B SaaS
- Ability to work end-to-end across research, interaction design, and prototyping
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
