Mid-Senior Product Designer (AI-Native Finance Workflows) at AI-Powered Finance Automation Startup

Nova is partnered with an AI-powered finance automation startup reinventing the B2B Accounts Receivable category. Backed by a16z with $15M+ raised, they’ve 10x’d ARR in the last 10 months and are now hiring a Product Designer (mid–senior) to help shape the next generation of AI-native finance workflows.

Key responsibilities:

• Design AI-native workflows across billing, invoicing, collections, and finance agents
• Partner with PMs, engineers, and founders from discovery to launch
• Define agent behaviour - automation, handoffs, and reasoning
• Move between big-picture concepts and detailed interaction design
• Prototype quickly and validate with users
• Help shape the design culture as an early designer

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer
• Strong background in B2B SaaS
• Ability to work end-to-end across research, interaction design, and prototyping
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
