Job Description


We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join us on a remote project focused on redesigning the user experience of a high-impact digital product. Tasks

🧭 Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process, from user research to wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.


🖌️ Redesign key workflows and interfaces to improve usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.


🧪 Conduct and incorporate user feedback into design iterations.


📐 Create and maintain design systems that scale across components and platforms.


🤝 Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation.


📊 Present design decisions with rationale tied to business and user goals.


Requirements

✅ 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.


✅ Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile product design work.


✅ Proficiency in Figma (required) and familiarity with tools like Adobe CC or Sketch (nice to have).


✅ Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.


✅ Knowledge of accessibility standards and design best practices.


✅ Ability to conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing.


✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills.


✅ English proficiency C1
