🚀 What is this challenge about

• Develop and maintain backend services using Ruby on Rails, with occasional work in Python.
• Build and enhance API-based systems, as well as support MVC components and AWS Lambdas.
• Design and manage relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, and work with Sidekiq for background processing.
• Collaborate on frontend development using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Storybook when needed.
• Implement and maintain automated tests using RSpec, Cucumber, Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress.
• Contribute to infrastructure tasks within AWS environments.
• Support CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions and Buildkite.
• Work day-to-day following a hybrid Scrum/Kanban approach, applying a “just enough process” mindset to ensure agility and delivery focus.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

🛠 What we are looking for

• +5 years of experience with Ruby on Rails and backend development.
• Familiarity with Python for occasional tasks.
• Solid understanding of API development, MVC architecture, and serverless functions.
• Proficiency with MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.
• Experience with Sidekiq for background job processing.
• Frontend development experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Storybook.
• Strong background in automated testing using RSpec, Cucumber, Jest, RTL, and Cypress.
• Experience working with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Buildkite.
• Comfort working in agile environments using Scrum, Kanban, or a hybrid approach.
• Fluent level of English.
