We are looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer who's eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

- Develop and maintain backend services using Ruby on Rails, with occasional work in Python.
- Build and enhance API-based systems, as well as support MVC components and AWS Lambdas.
- Design and manage relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, and work with Sidekiq for background processing.
- Collaborate on frontend development using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Storybook when needed.
- Implement and maintain automated tests using RSpec, Cucumber, Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress.
- Contribute to infrastructure tasks within AWS environments.
- Support CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions and Buildkite.
- Work day-to-day following a hybrid Scrum/Kanban approach, applying a “just enough process” mindset to ensure agility and delivery focus.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

🛠 What we are looking for
- +5 years of experience with Ruby on Rails and backend development.
- Familiarity with Python for occasional tasks.
- Solid understanding of API development, MVC architecture, and serverless functions.
- Proficiency with MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.
- Experience with Sidekiq for background job processing.
- Frontend development experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Storybook.
- Strong background in automated testing using RSpec, Cucumber, Jest, RTL, and Cypress.
- Experience working with AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Buildkite.
- Comfort working in agile environments using Scrum, Kanban, or a hybrid approach.
- Fluent level of English.
