For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
AI ENGINEER
100% remote work
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)

What You will be doing:
- Assist in designing and developing AI/ML solutions with a focus on Python and NLP frameworks.
- Support in building and maintaining basic pipelines for inference and fine-tuning.
- Help with deploying and monitoring AI models in production environments under senior guidance.
- Contribute to integrating AI agents with APIs and backend services.
- Collaborate with the team, learn best practices, and support senior engineers in daily tasks
What we expect from you:
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or equivalent experience.
- Several years of experience in AI/ML development, ideally in Customer Care solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Python and NLP frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI services and cloud microservice architectures.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, MLOps, and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
