Senior Backend Software Developer (Python, FastAPI, MongoDB)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend software development
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with FastAPI
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including data modeling and performance tuning
• Experience deploying and maintaining applications in Azure Cloud
• Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, authentication, and security best practices
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and Git workflows
• Ability to work effectively in fully remote, asynchronous teams
• English C1 business proficiency (spoken and written)
• Ability to provide at least 6 hours of overlap with CET timezone
• Reliable home workstation with a stable internet connection
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
