🚧 Associate Network Construction Manager – Telecom (Edison, NJ / Manhattan, NY)

About the Role

We’re looking for an Associate Network Construction Manager to support fiber construction projects for a major telecom client. This role supports OSP/ISP fiber builds, utility coordination, permitting, make-ready work, and site support. You will help manage timelines, contractors, and documentation to ensure smooth project delivery.


What You’ll Do

  • Support Construction & Project Managers during fiber construction projects
  • Attend kick-off, customer, and transportation meetings
  • Analyze project data using Excel (VLOOKUP) and Power BI
  • Coordinate pole transfers, NJUNS/SPANS, utility checks, make-ready tasks
  • Create work orders, PO requests, pole maps, and reconcile invoices
  • Support site surveys, safety inspections, and construction closeouts
  • Track all project details accurately in internal systems
  • Communicate risks, delays, or issues to teams and customers
  • Review as-built documents and validate quantities


What You Need

  • 2+ years’ experience in telecom fiber construction (OSP/ISP)
  • Strong Excel, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of permitting, pole/conduit processes is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license (local travel as needed)
  • HS Diploma or GED required
